The letters statements of the MN DOH position on the supposed illegality of "theater nights" still fails to cite any written and dated legal opinion SIGNED BY A CONSULTING LAWYER to back the MN DOH opinion. This document should be dated before the MN DOH press release that claimed that "smoking theater" was illegal.
